Common questions
What is Pingloy Assistant?
An AI assistant inside your dashboard: it sets up your shop with you step by step and answers questions about your numbers and reviews, in Arabic or English. It never changes anything without your OK.
And who presses “Ready”?
The cashier on the order board, the kitchen on the kitchen screen (any tablet), and soon Foodics automatically when the kitchen finishes.
Print the code or use an iPad?
Whichever suits you, or both. The printed code needs no device: customers scan it and pick their order number. An iPad facing the customer shows each order's code, so customers scan it and pick nothing.
Do customers need an app?
No. They scan and it works right away, on iPhone and Android.
