Common questions

Who enters the order number?

The cashier, and soon Foodics automatically. The customer just scans.

And who presses “Ready”?

The cashier on the order board, the kitchen on the kitchen screen (any tablet), and soon Foodics automatically when the kitchen finishes.

Print the code or use an iPad?

Whichever suits you, or both. The printed code needs no device: customers scan it and pick their order number. An iPad facing the customer shows each order's code, so customers scan it and pick nothing.

Do customers need an app?

No. They scan and it works right away, on iPhone and Android.

Does it arrive on a locked phone?

Yes. If it doesn't arrive for any reason, the board tells you to call it out.

How much does it cost?

Free up to 300 orders a month; paid plans from SAR 49 per branch per month. Try Pro free for 14 days.

Does it work with Foodics?

Soon: the integration is being activated. Then orders reach Pingloy automatically and the phone rings when the kitchen finishes.

Do I need hardware?

No. The printed code and a phone or tablet at the till are enough; add a customer screen, kitchen screen or waiting screen with any tablet or TV.

What is Pingloy Assistant?

An AI assistant inside your dashboard: it sets up your shop with you step by step and answers questions about your numbers and reviews, in Arabic or English. It never changes anything without your OK.

What about guests without a smartphone?

Soon: enter their number and they get a text message (Pro plan). Until then, call them out when it's ready.

Is my customers' data safe?

We don't ask customers for a number or an account, and data is handled under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Does it work for clinics?

Yes. Patients take a number by scanning, see how many are ahead, and get a heads-up before their turn.
